Bittensor Weekly Recap – 10 November 2025: News, Top Gainer, TAO.

Big Events in the Bittensor Ecosystem

OpenTensor major updates

Opentensor pushed major Subtensor mainnet changes, introducing Tao Flow—shifting TAO injections from price-weighted to stake-flow-weighted so subnets earn emissions only when they attract and retain net positive TAO flow, smoothed by a 30-day EMA; subnets with negative flow receive zero for that block. The upgrade aims to level the playing field by reducing liquidity bias that favored large pools and to make the system more robust as subnet count grows, with rollout gradually coming into effect over the next 30 days. Full technical details are now in the docs, including the EMA mechanics and rationale for the flow-based model.

xTAO just raised $7.3M in new funding

xTAO raised US$7.3M in a financing fully subscribed by Off the Chain Capital, executed via 9,479,090 pre-funded warrants at US$0.77. Proceeds will expand its $TAO treasury and validator footprint, with total TAO holdings projected to rise ~41.5% (about +6.2% TAO per share), reinforcing xTAO’s position in decentralized AI on Bittensor. The deal is expected to close the week of Nov 10, 2025.

TAO Synergies announced an initial $750,000 investment in Yuma

TAO Synergies (TAOX) announced an initial $750,000 investment in Yuma Asset Management’s Bittensor Subnet Funds, enhancing its exposure to subnet tokens across the #Bittensor ecosystem; the allocation is split between Yuma’s Composite and Large Cap strategies, aligning TAOX’s treasury with managed vehicles bridging public-market capital to decentralized AI.

Subnet Updates

Ridges (SN62) Beta v1 is officially live

Ridges has officially launched Beta v1, kicking off a controlled rollout that focuses the first weeks on experimenting with how product data fuels its incentive mechanism and evaluation system – expanding beyond a handful of benchmarks to real-world questions. A link to the product site dropped on Thursday, Nov 6, with access for the first 50 sign-ups, plus 25 from the earlier waitlist and 25 more from the community; selected users are receiving emails for onboarding. The team shipped its final pre-launch problem set and says future sets will include user data. Ridges is prioritizing software engineers in the US and Canada who can jump in immediately, promising hands-on onboarding to polish the UX. Early signals are positive: rollout is going smoothly, bugs are being fixed as they appear, and more users are being added throughout the week. A full feature walkthrough and examples of agent-built outputs are coming next.

METANOVA (SN68) has launched NOVA_Blueprint

METANOVA has launched NOVA_Blueprint on Bittensor, a live, plug-and-play engine that connects to any model to screen any dataset for any property, paired with a nonstop hackathon where 24-hour challenges crown a single winner who earns all Blueprint rewards until dethroned. Under the hood, NOVA has leveled up its target-based libraries from the SAVI 2020 chemical space via five combinatorial reactions, and advanced models from baseline PSICHIC to fine-tuned PSICHIC + Boltz-2 parallel scoring, giving miners sharper tools and larger search spacesthat push discovery beyond known scaffolds; priority targets like HDACs are being re-run to surface hits from previously unreachable regions with greater selectivity and confidence. To align incentives with Bittensor’s new TAO Flow and emphasize innovation, rewards now split 25% to NOVA_Compound (Boltz-2), 5% to NOVA_Compound (PSICHIC), 5% to NOVA_Blueprint, and 65% to burn, while validator focus and transparency improve via UID pruning to 64. Early results are striking: the first winning Blueprint code delivered a 418% (≈4.2×) improvement over a naïve random benchmark – achieving a higher mean score (μ = 2.76 vs μ = 0.66) by consistently finding more selective molecules with far fewer attempts – and the goal now is to widen that gap across rotating targets as decentralized competition hardens the libraries and boosts translational potential for real-world drug discovery.

Lium (SN51) alpha token is now listed on MEXC

Lium is listing on MEXC via a Kickstarter session with a 50,000 USDT airdrop, with deposits already live and withdrawals from Nov 8. Easier access means more users can join what Lium calls the world’s largest decentralized, permissionless compute network.

Chutes (SN64) alpha token is now listed on MEXC

Chutes Alpha Token is listing on MEXC, opening up easier access to the Chutes ecosystem and letting more users participate from day one.

Bitcast (SN93) introduced their new platform

Bitcast unveiled Performance-Based Creator Marketing, a model where brands pay only for verified reach – not upfront fees – by running campaigns across many smaller creators and scaling spend only when measurable attention is delivered. Built on its Bittensor subnet, Bitcast ties payments to verifiable engagement metrics audited by decentralized validators, replacing guesswork with provable performance.

DSV confirmed a $100,000 OTC allocation into Resi alpha token and a $100,000 into Leadpoet alpha token.

DSV Fund has stepped up its backing across the Bittensor ecosystem, confirming an additional $100,000 OTC allocation into Resi (SN46) and partnering with Leadpoet (SN71) via an incubator deal as Leadpoet announces a $100,000 OTC allocation into its alpha token – bringing Resi’s 30-day total to $250,000, according to project updates. The moves deepen DSV’s exposure to real-world AI applications, from commoditizing real-estate transactions at Resi to autonomous sales agents at Leadpoet.
